’97 GST question

I have recently aquired a '97 GST, and I have a couple questions:

First, how much horsepower does this car get stock?

Second, what is the Psi produced by my stock Turbo

Third, assuming i stuck with the stock turbo, possibly rebuilding it and adding a boost controller in the near future, what kind of blow off valve would you suggest? i would like something reasonably loud but i dont want to loose performance, hell, gaining some would be nice right now. 

any help or advice is much appreciated...

I have a 95 and I believe the car has something like 210hp and 215ftlb stock,  and with the stock turbo it runs about 14psi, but there is a restriction screw on the stock boost controller that can easily be removed to give about another 2psi.  And for the blow off valves, I say stick with 1g, very reliable. I purchased a HKS Super Sequential not too long ago, it sounded good but it affected my cars performance a bit so I took it right off and put the 1g back on, and the HKS been sitting around since. But any time a blow off valve is not vented back into the system will give you some trouble unless you have some sort of blow thru system like the GM MAF or something.  But if it doesnt bother you and you want people to say WTF when they hear you, I suggest a Turbo XS RFL blow off valve.  Very loud!!
