My Speedometer needle dropped. It has been acting up for about a week now kicking in and out and it finally went. How will i know what needs to be replaced? Sensor, Cable, Dash Cluster, Stock wiring???

It is 10MPH off dose it have rims and tires? did it have rimes and tires? you can go to a place that sells tires and stuff and they will re calibrate the system so it reads the right speed.

Matto2708,
If you have a needle does that mean the speedo is all mechnical? If it is it could be either the cable, the gear in the trans or the gear in the gauge. Only way to find out is the take it apart and find out. I would disconnect at the trans. 1st and if all looks ok there, take out the dash and inspect. I would imagine that the unit behind the dash is the most likely. If there is a speed sensor in the gauge and all the mechanical looks ok then just replace the sensor. Sometimes the inner cable will break, that's easy to find.

If the inner cable breaks then he'd have more than a 10 MPH difference. probably wouldn't have a speedo at all. I think it's more likely a sensor problem or a problem with calibration.
