2009 2.4 GTS

Proud owner of an 09 gts lookin for some entry level hop up's.. upgrades and where I might find some good deals on them. any help would be great

It's a new engine for Mitsubishi, so probably not any upgrades for it yet unless some developed for the Hyundai and Chrysler variants of the engine apply. But my understanding is that each company considerably modified the basic design for its own use.

I'm looking at getting this same model and I want to put some exhaust on it.
 
Here is my concept (if it's possible, I have some hw to do on it)
 
I DO NOT want the rice rocket sound. I like the low deep sound.
 
I want it to have duel exhaut with duel flowmasters and put duel tips on the pipes so it looks like it has quad exhaust.
 
Think thats a lil over kill?

Dual exhaust isn't really possible.

Yeah with a Y pipe sure, but thats not a true dual  I call em...........douche pipes   I mean, it serves no purpose.. and it is a restrition. I see people driving 4 bangers with a 'dual' exhaust and I laugh...

Well no matter what I decide for exhaust I don't want the rice rocket sound.  It reminds me of a leaf blower.

Any free flowing exhaust is going to sound like that.

So are you telling me that no matter what I do its going to have that rice sound to it?

With a n/a 4 banger... any performance adding exhaust is going to make the car louder, and more annoying. So... somewhat yes.
