3000gt questions

hello guys, new to the forum but not really to 3Kgt's...anyway, i have a few little questions hopefully some people can help me out.

there is a 1993 3000GT VR4 for sale 5 mins from my house. its in great condition in and out, new tranny, all stock. but it has 160K miles on it...what is a good price for this car? is this year good? what are the known issues? any input on that. next..

alright, thats a 93 and i dont really like the pop up headlights, so i was wondering, to do the front end conversion, do you just buy the headlights and the hood and bumper to go with it? what is needed for a conversion? i would like to convert to the 99 style headlights, but 94-98 would be ok..what about taillight wise, i think they are pretty much the same besides the placement of reverse lights, so shouldn't that center piece inbetween the taillights on the 99 bolt right up? where can i get the parts for this? all input is appreciated..

oh and i also want to put a 97-99 stock spoiler on the back...would that be difficult?
