You'll need bigger injectors, fuel pump, and possibly a larger flowing fuel rail.  Then you'll have to have a fuel/air management system.  If you bought a complete kit, you should have all of that already.  It's then, just a matter of rebuilding the motor with forged internals.  Welcome to the world of the "mod bug"

would you recommend any air/fuel management systems?

What do you currently have?  Unless the previous owner pieced it together, you should all that you need.  Do you have the receipts from the previous owner on the turbo setup?  You should have an FMU in the bay...take a pic of your engine bay for me so that I can see what is quickly viewable.
The injectors can't be noted as to what they are but the rest of us will be able to pick apart what you currently have and tell you what you currently need.

Here's what the Hahn kit comes with.  Disregard the turbo and FMIC, if you don't have one.  The rest are a good place to start.  I don't know how the previous owner did without bigger injectors or a larger fuel pump, unless the boost is really low.  Something like 3-4 psi, lol.  That's just a teaser IMO.

i currently have the APEXi S-AFC. the problem is i bought the car off a car lot who thought they had a GS-T until i came along and told them they were wrong. i got the car at a nice price because they didnt know anything about the thing. i dont currently have a camera so icant show you. SLACKIN. it might have injectors and pump already. i can feel the turbo s*** n' git so i think im pushin more than 3 or 4 psi. ive got to go through the whole car to find out what else it has equipped. i had planned on the motor and turbo to be junk because i got the car so cheap, but it turns out the turbo is still fairly new and the motor still has great compression. so now i figure ill build it up with the extra money i have. i would sure appreciate any other mods you think i should check into.

well if you dont know what your running you need to get a boost guage and a  wideband to tune with. Also what i was saying about the fuel is right now you have a kit that came with some type of injectors and pump. However, those probably are only good for so much. Now if you end up building the block and try running more psi than the kit was designed for, it may call for larger injectors to supply the fuel

I was mid kit, half of the parts installed and was working on welding the down pipe, when I was hit for a 110 in a 65+ reckelss driving and had to get some money for a lawyer and such... so I had to sell the kit.  Many 402a's have been turboed before, if you go to some unmentionable forum for 420a owners there are proly a few hundred that have a hahn or star kit on them.  Additionally the 98 neon r/t was equiped with a 420a so there are a bunch of them running around.  Matter fact a close friend of mine has one, its so **** lol.  Its got a hahn stage 5 setup with a built motor running 26psi, fastest  420a I have ever been in.

I still come by every now and then to read some posts and what have you but now that I dont have my eclipse anymore I am not as involved as I used to be.  As for knowing so much about turbos... I read a **** load lol.
