I am having a hard time deciding which engine would be best for my Gt eclipse. I am contemplating on two engines, the first one being the world renowned JDM 4G63-DOHC Turbo engine which pushes out around 270 HP@6300 rpms and 220 lb-ft of torque@3000 rpms, or the JDM 6G72 Twin Turbo which huffs out 280 HP@6000 rpm and turns about 311 lb-ft of torque@2500 rpms. Now both engines are fairly pricey, running anywhere from $2,000-$3,500 and both have AWD hydraulic transmission and are shipped with all the engine components.

Measure the size of motors and how they bolt to transmission before you start deciding which motor will give you more power!
