hey guys im new here but i need some help i just bought a 97 spyder and its pass side cv siezed in the trans is than common on 5speeds also can you all help me with what trans will fit it? i bought one from the junk yard that was supposed to fit it but didn't what trans will fit it? i saw one on ebay that looked i dentical to it but the guy said it was ONLY for turbo motors. also i believe its a 2.0  NA but every where i look on the net they say its a 2.4 could some one clear this up for me, PLEASE??

i believe your car has the 4g64 motor in it. its a 2.4 liter sohc motor, so look around for trannys for that

ok thanks i appreciate it. also does any one know any good places for trans parts or engine parts for this motor?

First off try and use alittle better grammer cuz it was really difficult to read your question.
 
now the best place would be a junk yard. But let me ask this. You said it only has a bad CV joint. Last i checked that doesnt warrant needing a new tranny

what i meant is the CV Siezed in the Transmission so it busted the cv and now i need to either rebuild the transmission or get one from a junk yard and get another cv but not many places here have my car to pull parts from thats why i was asking from some where pn the net or just some where else in general

its basically an inventory of a bunch of junk yards and you can give location to try and find one nearby
