Aftermarket fog lights and headlight bulbs

I have a 94 3000GT SL all standard. Has anyone changed the original frog eye fog lights with a new type obtainable of eBay such as -
 
1- Autopia - Ion projector fog light
 
2- Blinglights Blue led fog lamps
 
Besides being newer if someone has changed them, does the aftermarket give a brighter / whiter beam and exceed expectations?
 
Also has anyone changed the standard head light bulbs for a brighter / whiter beam? If yes what bulbs did you use and did you need to do any type of conversion?

I havent done the foglights but i have done headlights. I switch out mine with sylvannia light bulbs i forget the name of them there bright lik 40 bucks for low beams and same for high and def worth it compared to the stock lights. I didnt have to do anything but pop the orignal lights outs i got mine at advance autoparts. Go to the counter and ask them for headlights for a 3000gt ur year and all and they wil give you what you need.

sylvania silver star ultras are good.  i just did the switch for the head lights.  i have just regular silver stars on the fog lights.
