I have a 3000gt and i just bought an air/fuel ratio gauge but it says that i need to connect the signal wire to the 02 sensor, anybody knows where that is??

they are in the exhaust. one is pre cat and one is after the cat.... I added a pic here of my EVO under the car you can see my exhaust there is a wire hanging down and the end connector is plugged into the exhaust that is an o2 sensor

oh and the wire wont be hanging of course but youll see the o2 sensor sticking into the exhaust

http://www.3si.org and seach for a ECU diagram. Then tap the O2 signal wire that leads to the ecu plug its self, its much easier that way.

Do you need to buy and A/F sensor made for your car or are they all the same?

A\F gauge is kinda worthless in tuneing it realy doesnt help unless its a wideband with o2. they are all universal wide or narrowband just need to splice it all in

x2 the stock ones on the car(narrowband) are set to read stoitchomitry (the yellow on the autometer gauge) where the widebands are exactly that, they are set to read the rich scale also.
