when the car dies we popped the hood and the lower intercooler pipe blew off the j-pipe, thats why i said bitch bc the battery is dead and i didnt want to keep jumpstarting it.

Sounds like a 2 step to me.   Which with his motor is hardly abuse lol the motor can probly rev to like 9500 if the head was built to go with it.  Im sure the 2 step is only like 5-6k

why did my post get deleted? i know i asked what a 2 step is and now it isnt here.. am i not aloud to ask this lol.. but really what is it?

ok maybe im imagining things then, i thought i did.. so, what is a 2 step lol, i have never heard of it

a 2 step means that it has basically 2 rev limiters. 1. per rev limiter and 2. main rev limiter.  my 2 step is at 5500 and my rev limiter is at a safe 8k.

so is it possible for you, at an idle with the 2 step, to rev above 5500?? and can you rev above that while driving?? how do you get around.. or even get a 2 step lol

when im sitting at a light and push the clutch in, pt it in gear and smash the gas it will bounce at 5500, when i start driving and then push the clutch in, and rev it, it will go to 8k. since i have an EPROM ( electronic program read on memory) chip in my computer i was able to get a new one made with he 2 step. and some other sweet things.

yes it lets you build boost off the line instead of having to take off with no boost and have to wait for it to get going.
