Any recommedations for a car alarm?

Hey there all,

Well, I decided to buy a 2000 Legnum Viento 24 and I'm looking to install a car alarm in the next 2 weeks.
Any recommendations for good a car alarm? The Japanese ones are rather confusing so I'm looking at importing one into Japan.

I work at Best Buy and I would recommend either the Viper 771XV (Directed Electronics) or the 791XV. They both have the same features, the only difference is that theres a display screen on the remote of the 791XV.

Thanks for the information on the Vipers! I checked out a few websites here in Japan and actually found them listed, and about $100.00 cheaper. So, going to take a drive down to my local car shop and check them out there.
