I have a 1996 GS Eclipse and it seems to be leaking oil from the rear cam seal.  What should I do, and is it even worth all the trouble to fix myself?

^^^ Are you kidding or are you actually serious.  I agree with nick, just change the valve cover gasket and see if that solves the problem.  It is extremely easy to replace and not expensive at all.

Remember when putting the valve cover back on dont over tighten the bolts. You dont need to get a 1/2 socket and crank them down. You will crack the cover and cause more oil leaks.

Well I know its not the valve cover gasket.  Oil is comming out where the rear crankshaft gasket is.  So I think I will sell this car and search for a better one b/c everyone seems to know that the 420a motor sucks.  Mabey stop leak will fix it for awhile until I sell it?  Thank you for your replies!
