Blow Off Valves?

I have a question regarding blow off valves. IIRC, Eclipses use an Air Mass Meter, and come stock with a Bypass valve. So, the way I see it, by changing to a blow-off valve, the ECU will think there is more air coming into the motor than there actually is coming in, so it will cause the injectors to inject fuel for air that isnt coming in, causing the motor to stall out between shifts because of the excess fuel.

The reason I ask is, I drive a Saab 900 with quite a few mods (TD04-16G, ported + polished head, polished intake manifold, 2.5" turbo back catless exhaust, complete rebuilt bottom end, HUGE front mount intercooler, among others), and I would like to add a BOV next. My cousin has a black 97 GSX, and I saw that it has an AMM, and I know lots of people put BOV's on their Eclipses, so I was wondering what you guys do to make sure it doesn't stall out.

if you vent your bov with a stock maf yes you cant have those problems. if you get a bov that can be rerouted back into the intake like the stock one you wont have that problem.
