if i put the hks 264 cams in my car, will it still pass emissions?

its only a new motor. but i dont think i will have to have it inspected for another year and a half. heres what im doing to it.
new buschur stage 2 6-bolt short block
lightweight flywheel
act 2600 clutch
run my 16g at 22psi.
greddy boost controller
3 inch exhaust (no cat)
cams
cam gears( maybe)
front halfshafts
afcII or afc neo
wideband
FPR
injectors
maybe i will be running 12's

just put your stock exhaust back on when it comes time to get new tags....maybe even add on another cat

i passed it the first time with out a cat, so i dunno. maybe if i add a cat it will help keep the emissions down.

11s should be easy to get for ya

yea that should easily get you in the 12's. with this much work i would look into a better turbo

yeah, but i just bought it maybe 800 miles ago.(when it was running) and i dont know which one i would get after that.
