Well it depends on what you are looking to do with the whole system itself. If you are going to leave the stock cd player in and intend to not change ever from that then i would stick with pioneer because they will produce better quality but not overkill. You can go to best buy to get something like that but the secret is and this may sound weird but walmart has the same models of these for 20 to 40 dollars cheaper per set. If you are looking to replace the cd player with an aftermarket version then i would shoot for infinity or kicker. You can get these on ebay for 20 dollars cheaper than in stores as well. The sizes for the front are 6.5" and the back is a 6x9. If you got any other questions feel free to reply again and i can help you through it.

speaker swaps are simple, no matter what kind of car it is. worst case scenario is that you have to take the door pannel off. i'm assuming ur talking about an Eclipse? if you are just wanting something to make enough noise for you to hear it i'd go w/ cheapie wal mart Sony Xpoldes or something. if you are wanting to put a lil more money into they i'd suggest EBAY and check out Alpine Type S or Type R speakers. I have Type S 6.5" coaxials as all 4 in my del sol and they sound great.

Theyre closer relatives to the Lancers. More like a Mirage.
