i have a 1991 NA pretty much stock, the clutch is starting to slip pretty bad now, what should i put in a stock or upgrade it, if i upgrade how far should i go

depends on if your planning on going crazy with Nitrous or FI or something. Otherwise stay stock, its cheeper.

I agree. Unless you need a stiffer clutch due to having high HP, stay stock or perhaps even a step stiffer....nah, stay stock.
