my windows go down but the top doesn't move. is there a manual switch ?

ya there is a manual switch, its located in your trunk to the left, u remove the this panel and its a big switch, manual or automatic... if its on auto and its still not workin, and u hear your motors workin and nottings happen, your motors mite be messed up, like mine were, and ihad to replace...

I'm sure I'm wrong, but I thought that the 1996 spyders were the only gen 2 that had an electric top and that all tops are manual.

98GST -- I have that switch in my trunk that says "manual" -- does that mean that I have a power top too? What button makes the top go up and down automatically? The one that makes all of the windows go down at the same time? (the switch on the instrument panel)?
