Did everyone else know that the Outlander adjusts the wipers on the "intermittent" cycle? I noticed this today in the rain for the first time. When I am stopped, the delay is 3 seconds let's say. When you exceed 25 MPH, the delay time is literally cut in half. Pretty cool, I hate always having to adjust my wiper speed at stop lights... first car that does it for me.

I think that it's a gene implanted in women to make them not care about cars...most of them. Wash it...hell no, what for, doesn't make it run better. Change the oil? Damn, I didn't know you had to do that. You want to go faster, just step on the gas pedal harder. Geez, they just don't get it sometimes.

That sums it up...perfect!!!! it's amazing to me...but then again, she thinks I'm nuts for not understanding shoes and purses.

that's why I let my wife buy them a little bit before it's my turn to buy something, the universe remains harmonious. Neither one of us could give a damn what the other got, but we're both happy with what we have bought.

That's pretty much what you have to do!

That and a "yes dear" every now and then and it's clear sailing. Throw in some flowers once in a while...whew, it's all good from there...lol
Still hasn't gotten me a turbo yet though.

Remember that girls are not like us normal boys!! Aboute wiper funktion.... I hawe had a 85's galant turbo for 20 years,so iam used to speedrelated wipers... I had a Opel 57 and there was allso speedrelated wipers, but the reason why it had that option was because of the wipers where driven by the camshaft....haha!! Now i drive my last car...I dont think i will hawe another car than this outlander turbo... With speedrelated wipers...haha!!!

When i bought my car,i asked the salesperson if it had speedrelated wipers...And he told me NO!! So i decided to search for a aftermarket raincensor on the internet the same day... But luckyly it started ro rain before i got home so then i noticed that the salesperson wasn't really uppdated on the outl...haha!! A raincensor is really the maximum feature. second best is speedrelated wipers.. So now iam not that exited to buy a raincensor... I can put 250-300 $ on something else...

The sales people are usually a last resort for me to get information... they have to be semi-knowledgeable throughout the whole line of vehicles and most don't really care about the small features, they try to sell to the women since the guys already have their minds made up. So, they will show the vanity mirrors, cup holders, and glove box is large enough to cram a box of tissues in. Glad to hear you got a turbo though! congrats.
