Eclipse GS Help

ok im new to mitsubishi motors and currently sold my nissan sentra for a 92 eclipse GS...my questions are

1: how much does a turbocharger for this vehicle run, what is the HP gain, and what are some good sites to pick one up at for a good price?

2: will a UR pully set improve HP substantually?

i added a turbo kit on my 91 eclipse and gained only 35 horsepower..   I uninstalled the turbo and sold it on e-bay.  When ever it kicked in...the engine would balg down.  I found that my car does alot better with out the turbo kit.  Of course my car is older with 130.000 miles on it as well.  I perchased my turbo kit out of Compacr Car Magazine in the add section.
