Stock vs Stock... the DSM (1g and 2g) Eclipse's/Talon's are better than Lancers. Not only are they more HP in stock, but imo they're nicer.
I have an 02 Lancer... which I think is better looking than the 04-06... and it's great... great handling. great gas. but slow. it may seem fast when you take it off and rev it up to 4's/5's inbetween shifts, but is still reasonably slow.

I have a '97 with dc headers, aem shorty and a gst muffler and compared to my '08 Lancer, it feels my '08 is quicker. But then again my '08 is a newer car and my '97 has 165k so there are factors there...'97 is a 420a if that helps

I think the new Lancers are the best looking ones besides the Evo,
that's are far as looks go. I would get a new Lancer if that's what your
refering too. I also like the latest eclipse so it would be an hard decision.

I have no doubt that your 08 Lancer is faster than your 420a, man... Its the way things are. Though, that GST muffler isnt doing you any favors.

personaly i like eclipses over the lancer any day EXCEPT for the new Lancer's... those things are nice!

Maybe if mitsubishi sold more lancers and galants, they would make a new turbo awd eclipse

i raced a lancer not evo in my 03 eclipse and i smoked it and all i got is a cold air and EXHAUST

I really like the older eclipses body style better than the lancers. But if were talking about new body styles I like the new Lancers. They look real nice!
