I took my 2001 Montero Sport LTD to the dealer for a Check Engine light and they said that both exhaust manifolds are cracked between the 2nd and 3rd cylinders, which is causing the Check Engine light to come on because of O2-sensor issues. Odd that both sides are cracked in the same place. Sounds like a defect. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions other that replacing them with OEM manifolds?
