What would cause my engine, on a '94 Eclipse GS non turbo, to start and run for about 10 secs and then shut itself off? Could it be the fuel pump?
Things checked already:
1. new fuel filter
2. new spark plugs
3. K&N filter
4. Optima battery
5. new starter
6. fuel pressure is @60 psi, but lowered due to hose not being tight on end of fuel rail
Can anyone help me? I need a fast response please.

he wont even have a chance to get the fuel there because it wont run long enough. There is another guy on here with the same problem.

you could also try putting new injectors in because a guy i work with is having the same problem with his corvette and he had it towed to the dealer and thats the only thing that they could come up with.

Thanks for all the input. Found the problem myself. I had a bad crankshaft position sensor. The car runs like a dream now.

The only way to clean injectors compleatly is to spray fluid through them backwards. The cleaner you buy at the store only cleans the lines a bit not really the injectors.
