I"m thinking about getting an Evo8 as my first car and I dont know anything about this car just that I love the way it looks so I want to know everything you guys know about this car like what type should I get and what type of bodykit looks best.  I would also appreciate some info like a list or something on all the parts that I should change to push this car to its limits.

Very uhh... general...well, since the car is kinda new, The US doesn't have a large aftermarket for it yet.  Also, Just my personal opinion, but i don't recommend your parents get you an EVO for your first car.  I'm sure they'd understand my point.

These cars are extreemly nice,, there is actually a ton of aftermarked parts for them if you know where to look.. just about anything you want easiest way to find it is by just searching for 2004 lancer or even 2003 lancer I have the 2003 OZ and everywhere i go it has parts for the evo 8..

Yeah i wouldn't recommend a evo for a 1st car either reason being they are Turbo + i'am taking that you don't have much driving experince it would be like jumping in the deep end and not knowing how to swim and they cost sh!t loads of $$$ to purches. If you like the car that much why not get a Lancer for a 1st they are within reasonable price and non-turbo + the looks are similar to a evo.  Just my 2c worth the choice is up to you.

I agree evos are great cars but too much car for a new driver. If your rents have the dough to drop 30+g for a first car and you like the evo get an OZ and get familiar w/ it. when you have more driving skills and are acustomed to the car take the 10+g your rents saved and go all out. You can get an evo conversion around 4g and still have plenty of dough to make the car what you want.

once you get used to power you'll get addicted, what will your next car be? I'd start with a little less than an evo
