Hey guys.. I have a 2000 Eclipse GT.. Its Red with 18 inch 5 spoke chrome Enkei rims. I really want to modify the engine or exhaust to make it sound better and a bit faster. What would you guys recommend I do for like $500?

$500 will get you maybe a used catback exhaust and used intake, but get a Cold Air Injen Intake, get a good catback later and GET headers if you dont plan on going turbo with it anyway

New exhausts range from about $300 something to $650ish... know when I bought my invidia Its price was $650 but I got a deal for $450 at the time. and intake (name brands) ccost about $200

Go with the K&N Typhoon CAI for your first mod, it will give a lil bit extra umph and will dress up your engine as well.

no matter what intake you get your probably only going to get about 6-10hp boost from it but its still a good start. I think the k&n go for around $240. I am not sure about the injen. I think and AEM should be around $180.
