Flasher 4 97 Eclipse gt location

Hello I hope I can get a little help .I cant seem to locate the turn signal flasher unit on this 97 eclipse gt.I was told to the right of the sterring wheel. But where I cant see it if anyone can please help me ,I thank you .  The reason is the blinkers have just quit.The fuse seems to be fine and still no signals.The emergency flashers still work but I was told therey both have there own side of the flasher .Now  any help would be fine .or a pic also Thanks again.

First off, a 97 is either the GS or GST,  which shouldnt really matter if its turboed or not..  Flashers are usually in the fusebox on older cars, but yours I believe should be mounted behind your vents in the middle..  If you pop those out you should see it mounted on the right side..
