I am getting ready to install a front mount intercooler.. i want to leave the car as stock as possible so i dont want to change the front bumper..what would be the best size intercooler that would allow the least amount of modifications to the front bumper? thanks

you can make them fit, without to much cutting of the bumper

When you put them in they might have to carve out a lot of your bumper, when my friend put his in I went to his garage, and saw his bumper, he had to take a good portion out, and take out the fog lights.

who needs fog lights anyway?
eclipsegst97...when you say "as stock as possible" you mean the outside right? cause a FMIC contradicts the whole stock thing.. maybe Im looking into it too much.. its late ::yawn::

Yeah fog lights when you could have a huge fmic, I would take the fmic any day.

Do you have a larger turbo or the t25 because, if you get a fmic it will be worthless unless you have a larger turbo.

I have a 97 gsx and have the newer big greddy front mount. Its one of the bigger front mounts for dsms and I had to do only a little cutting and did not have to remove my foglights. I believe a 95-96 has to take them out but 97-99 doesnt. If you really dont want to do much cutting get the smaller greddy or the apex. I kinda wish I had the smaller one because the bigger one actually slowed down my turbo spool up.

Yea, the earlier ones come back in on the corners so they're closer to the body then on ours.
