have Q need opinion.

i have 99 eclipse GS. And i bought this grill over ebay but he also includes this chip that he calls. he says it gives you 20 HP. im not so sure.

HELL NO! those chips dont do crap. its just a gimmick. my friend put one is his spyder gs and swears its adds hp but i just think its just in his head. i wouldnt waste your time on this crap.

Ditto ^^^.   E-bay is not a performance parts store! Those "chips" they are referring to are really just resistors. They are something that the seller pays only pennies for and sells them for like $20 or whatever to make hella profit. They don't help and just stay away from garbage like that man! They're just a money makin' scheme.

Dont buy anything cheap when your looking to add power..   Simple rule of thumb.
