head lights

i have ''92'' VR4 3kgt and i have pop up lights.... enuf said i need to do sumthing bout this, can i but the round light for a web site or do i neeed to go to a custom work shop ?

I cant really understand what you are saying but if you want to put 99 spec headlights on your car then you need the 99 hood,fenders, front bumper, and of course the headlamps. The chasis is the same on all models so everything should bolt on.(I have a friend who converted their 93 to the 99 front end, it looks nice and my friend said it was an easy project)
