I want to get some good headers for my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS. Its standard. What would be really good ones that will help HP wise? Could you switch headers with EVO8 ones?

EVOs dont have headers. your car has a header the EVOs have turbo manifolds. essencailly yes you can use a EVO turbo manifold if you want to try to build a turbo kit for it but I wouldt even bother.
If you really want a header look into RPW, RIPPmods, and CFM
