Hello, I currently live in Chicago and I own a 1999 Galant, but with the miles so high (111K) I don''t know if I should make some adjustments.

Hey welcome to the forums!! i dont think many adjusts are needed, just a proper tune up and up to date =)

Welcome and 111k miles isnt bad at all but make sure your also up to date w/ your timing belt service.
