honda bashing?

hehe, im new to the mitsubishis, and this site, n i noticed that hondas get bashed to **** on this site, which is awesome, i hate their guts, but, couldn we bash something with a little more meaning than a honda?

jus feelin out for a better target to lace up like mebbe anything a little faster, that produces more competition, at LEAST an acura (is there really a difference?) or something better for ****s sakes

I dont hate them, i just hate their image that all these high school morons have given it. Sadly to say im in the agegroup. But thankfully im totally different.
 
Here we try and keep the Hate to a minimum. The occasional crack is acceptable, but nothing truely ignorant like "your a ricer because you drive a honda". Get me?

we dont really bash on hondas (well for the most part) we bash on people that drive their automatic civic lx's like they are the s#it and put obnoxious wings and graphics and underglows and body kits on them

I agree with Estraw... its not Hondas. Its ricers that we hate... it just happens to be that a good amount of ricers choose Hondas to destroy and humiliate. I actually kinda like Odysseys. Im not sure why though..

i dont bash hondas for the sheir fact that they are hella reliable.. last forever... yea they slow, but for a good commuter, it is about the best thing out there...

"honda" is a dirty word to me but like someone else mentioned, it's because of everyone doing the Advance Auto Rice Out to their Civics..I did use an '07 Civic SI 6 speed as my demo from the dealership for a few months and it was decent.

wth, they come 6 speed? lol, i actually like V-tec feeling. i think its because im Asian -_- lol

Yes they do come in a 6 speed...I drove it for my demo for like 3 or 4 months...it was a snappy thing for a non-turboed car (197 hp out of the factory) and hard to keep it under 3000 RPM even when I was trying to "conserve fuel" cuz those things call for a 91 or higher octane which I only have 93 around here and it was like $3.29 a gallon then...They are geared short with a short throw shifter and when I was driving "normally" I was in 6th gear by 50-55 mph...The one I was driving was even a copper orange color

exactly, with a price tag of ten grand more for the same thing, the only thing acura has that sets it apart is voice activated climate control, which would prolly **** up anyways, and be a bitch to pay to fix

That how its is in every thread, a different topic is alway brought up, but I don't bash on honda only the driver/owner. Cause there some fast honda/acura that will show you what vtec is all about.
