I usually just unbolt it and replace is reverse the removal. But thats just my style.

IF you have a turbo the fuel filte for me was behind the battery. SO i had to remove the battery and plate the get to it.

You could prolly get to it from underneath if you had a pit or a lift. that way you wouldn't have to remove the battery and plate.

Nasty I HATE fuel filters that are in RETARDED @$$ places LOL... They should ALL be in line just before the freakin fuel rail... I think I'll get one of those clear cased ones and install it there on mine... And take out the stock BS one.

Not for the GST (based on his forum id)- it's above the K frame inaccessable from underneath unless you remove the tranny. It's pretty much a bitch to do either way you look at it

I'm having a problem with mine. I'm attempting to replace the damn thing, and the top bolt wont unscrew. Is there something I could pour over it to losen the damn thing up, or what? If I hold it, and try to get it off, it just ends up turning the whole filter, and the lines feel like they are twisting. Please, HELP!!
