I dont want to blow my engine help

i have a 95 3000gt sl and a 94 dodge steatlh tt .. i am going to do the full fwd twin turbo swap with all the oem turbos n such (as of now) .. my question is how do i lower the psi's on the turbo so i wont blow my engine? and how many psi's should i set it to? .. the enigine seems and looks perfect and strong the 3000gt has 140k, no leaks no nothing, i keep it runnin on castrol syntec 10-30 i only use the best in oils and coolants, i treat this car like as if it was my son .. and the reason why i dont want the stealth is because the guy who gave it to me bent a valve racing im gueesing that didnt have anything to do with what i want to do so i bought it for $1000 i thought it was alot cheaper buying a whole car also

Just get an eletronic boost controller and you'll be able to adjust the boost as low as 6psi(wastegate preasure)
