Just wondering if anybody knows why the evo's are illegal in canada? and if any of you have any idea of when they might be comin to canada?? I am really interested in buying one but i cant get one in canada.

Canada has a low speed crash test that must be passed with very minor damage to the car. The EVO's intercooler was damaged in Canada's crash test, that is the reason it isn't sold there.

I lived in Mass. for 20 years lived in Florida for 1.5 years... and moving back to Mass in a few months.

Belive me Hot chicks are right up there but this state I live in is not. I really dont like it here

Ya I live here in Florida.... Its cool for a few months. It was like vacation but it wears off and the summer heat beats on you so bad.

Lol...I got a serious and I drive it year round. I clean it every night and do weekly inspections to make sure it stays in good shape.

Lol my inspection is hardcore almost every night after I'm done driving it. Jack it up, see how clean the underneath is, clean it if I need to, make sure there are no leaks, etc etc things like that. No wonder I get so little sleep lol.

Ill pay you if you clean my car everyday. I just cant find the time wish i could. This post went way off track by the way.. But really interesting i had no idea it wasnt allowed in canada

Psh I would if I could man. But one, we probably don't live remotely close to one another, and two, I would have no way to get there, lol...lost my license for a while.

They really need to come to canada sumtime soon.....i really want to buy one and i bet if they do come to canada they would do very well in sales here.

Yeah I bet they would sell VERY well in Canada. On top of that, there must be some good rally areas up there. That would be awesome.

I could but it would probably be a bitch getting it across the border and i probably wouldnt be able to get insurance on it in canada....and i wouldnt really want to drive it without insurance
