Hi, i want to know if the iridium ngk spark plugs go well for a 00 eclipse, and what set of wires is recommended. Thanks

i would personally go with denso... i have those in my 95 gst and they have worked great so far

denso iridium is good to go, for wires...go MAGNECORE WIRES ( 8.5mm)

i have NGKs in my 3.0l....i had bosch, and they were awful.

bosch 4's are terrible, iridiums are not good in a turbo car but theyd probably be fine for you. Id still go with ngks though.

with the bosch's i developed an awful miss..so i went through the hassle of replacing them for the NGKs..and it went away...

dsm why are iridiums not good in a turbo car?

yea i have the denso iridium plugs in my 97 gst and ever since i put them in i have bad miss's in high rpms. What is the cause of this? When i replaced the plugs i also did the wires with msd superconductors.

a lot of dsms just experience idle/misfire problems with them. you can try em if you want, but for how expensive they are it may not be worth it. just about everyone uses NGKs because they work great and are oem. use BPR7ES plugs if you are stock or mildly modded, use BPR6ES if you have a bigger turbo and are running high boost.
