I know you guys must get posts like this all of the time but here goes,
I currently have a porsche 924 but it's pretty old (30 years) and a bit sluggish. I want a car that's significantly newer, faster and at least as cool. I am thinking that a 2nd generation spyder might be a good choice as it's pretty new, has either decent or great hp and is pretty sweet.
I want to spend about $6000 on it
Am I in the price range of a turbo spyder? or would a $6000 turbo spyder be a POS.
(I live in BC if it makes a difference.)

ok it depends on alot of things, year, milage, etc. i'd go with a 97. on kbb. a turb'd spyder is 5855 in good condition so youd probly be ok.

There are usually a bunch of turbo spyders for sale in that price range. Look to get a 97-99 because those have the 2gb front and rear bumpers which look alot better than the 95-96. Check autotrader.com. it usually has alot of gst spyders on there. Make sure not to get a rs or gs, they are slow as balls.
