People say it is better to just go get a factory turbod car. I think this build will be more fun, I want to build it up myself and this will be extreamly cheap and fun. I am going to use http://www.angelfire.com/mech/destrux/turboconversion.html as my guide.

All I can say man, is "good luck!"  let us know how it goes.  I do agree with you about doing everything yourself.  I bought my car bone stock too and have done everything myself.  Take pics too.  Ask away, if you have any questions.  Good Luck!

looks ok to me...  this what i like to call a "leap of faith" buy, its either going to be extremely nice or an extreme waste of money... all depends on how truthful the seller is

Yeah he has good feedback so i am keeping my fingers crossed.
Once i start the project i will start a thread and post as many pics as i can. It will probly be a few more weeks before i can start (early march).
And i am sure i will have a ton of questions for you guys.

I know i need to get a new clutch, But do you think i could run 6lbs and be ok with my stock clutch? If not what would be the max boost to push on a stock N/T clutch.
Also what clutch should i get? I know the turbo clutch wont fit into the N/T Tranny. Also if i get a turbo header will it bolt up to the exhaust already on my car?

Your gonna need to get a downpipe. And for a clutch the stock one should be fine, unless its already worn.

not TO familiar with the n/a 4g63 but if the stock internals and clutch in the 420a are good up to 10lbs... i'd say you are probably safe running the same boost on your motor.   when you do upgrade your clutch, it all depends on what kind of use you have in mind for the car and also depends on how much power you are looking for.
