Ok, my mom just bought me a 2001 Eclipse GT, leather interior,(which i will replace seats with racing seats because they are worn a lil bit) , Great body, 73,000 miles, and it is completely stock. First i have to replace front window $200? and 2 new front tires.......so after that which is no big deal.....so what mods do you guys consider first? CAI, exhaust, headers, ill change all spark plug wires and w/e i do to the motor or headers i want to make so i wont have to replace them when i add a turbo in the future......so what  does everyone recommend?

P.S. i have a summer job at a carry out where i will work all summer long, putting all of my money towards gas, modding my car, a new rifle, and racing my dirtbike.......so ill have some cash to play with( and i forgot to mention im 16)

welcome...you better have ALOT of cash if you want that car to be boosted...and able to stay boosted. modding is certainly not cheap...i would start with intake, headers, and a catback.

I know its not cheap....and thats what i was thinking, and would it be easier for me to install new headers and cat back exhaust at the same time? (ive never done this b4 but i want to learn and do the work myself, and is there anything else i should install why im in tha vacinaty?..lol)

Just start with the basic simple things first as was stated. Maybe
even strut bars in the front and rear. Also shocks/springs if your
leaning toward your car's handling. It has to be good quality though
or else the car will ride like crap.

Ok, heres the rundown: Ive got this exact car, and the only way to get any real power improvement is with a turbo or SC. The best place (I know of) for this is from Tearstone. Adding an intake/exhaust... may get you some single digit HP difference... but nothing to speak of. It will mostly improve the sound of your car. The windshield might just be covered by ur insurance (a lot of states force Ins. Companys to pay for windshields...) or did you mean the rollup windows?
