lancer info?

im 17 from australia....... mid next year im hoping to buy a  lancer between $15000 - $12000 ........i want a 2 door lancer and put an evolution body kit on it

             what i need to know is , the differances  between MR, GL, GLi etc ... and  also if anyone knows how much a decent body kit costs in aistralia ..
