Hi all, I’m new to this forum, I went around picked up from allot of your suggestions, and appreciate the help.

I have 2 questions;

1. Why is it that after only 3 months my engine is so dusty, when I only drive on streets and sometimes hit a moderate level of dust near parks or industrial parks, is there a way to battle this frustrating problem?

2. I feel that “Lancie” has a very mean and striking look, but doesn’t strike as fast on the road, therefore; I would like to install  a chip, for horsepower upgrade on my 2008 GTS?... is it recommended?... I’m told of a total HP upgrade of about 15HP...

Your suggestions/help is appreciated,

The chips are worthless imo.  If you want a little extra power i would suggest getting an intake and good exhaust system.  that will give you the gain you are looking for as well as make the car sound 10x better.

Here's a cheap exhaust for your Lancer 08 http://www.speed-element.com/servlet/Detail?no=166

I do not recommend you installing a chip especially if you have stock parts on your Lancer. Intake and Exhaust are good enough for a daily driver.

Turbo,Nitrous and other stuff that need on board computer refinement you need a Chip.

or ask the SEBBA MAN

Hey thx alot Beat, i checked out the sound sample, and its a more DEEP than LOUD sound, wich is perfectly legel here in montreal, it will be a perfect match with my intake.
