Looking for new exhaust...need help

I want to get a full exhaust system for my 99 GST. I have a aftermarket muffler that got me pulled over and I need to get the emissions test now. Im not sure what brand it is either and its hollowed like something that goes on a Civic (im guessing 3 inch tip or more). That muffler was already on the car when I bought it, so im not even sure if the entire exhaust system was changed or just the muffler (if thats possible). Either way I was looking for a new system, between the Greddy SP2, Apexi N1, or Apexi WS2. I would like one that would possibly prevent those pesky cops from pulling me over like that again. I guess it needs to be an official emissions safe one, and looks somewhat non-riced out. Thanks.

well most exhaust systems that you get will be somewhat loud. At leaest louder than stock so getting the attention of cops will kinda be expected. If your gonna get something that will pass emission you really can only get a catback system. I would definetly go with a 3" mandrel bent system. Im not sure what you mean by non-riced?

If you are worried about the cops find a system that has a silencer. When I got pulled over for my exhaust he said because it doesn't look stock is why I got the ticket.
