Progressive makes lowering springs for the 04 lancer es, H&R makes lowering springs as well Tein makes springs as well as full coilovers if u want to go that route im not sure of how low the drop is for each brand of spring but i will find out and then post

I found three kits that i'm not sure about the quality but here are the dimensions
Eibach: 1.2" front and rear
Intrax: 1.7" front, 1.5" rear
B+G Suspension: 1.5" front and rear
Remember just cuz it has a lower drop doesn't mean they're better, Just from what iv'e heard eibach are the best you can get

i would look into JIC A1 magics or Tein SS if you have the money to spend.

Only if he plans on spending $900-$1000 on coilovers
to me its not really worth it unless you really need to be adjustable for a reason. I'd say just spend around $250 for the eibach springs which give your car a noticable drop and you will have a much more comfortable ride.

JICs are about $1700. but i do agree, i have the eibach pro-kit on my 3G and the ride is pretty good.
