MR2 Parts

Its always fun to place all the parts out. The only thing i havnt gotten in the mail yet is the 46 trim. Enjoy

im gonna start as soon as i have everything together. I still have to get a clutch and fuel and ill be all set. Im only looking for about 350rwhp. That should get me into the 11's

i say strap on a jet engine and run 4's or 3's

some go slow parts

AEM What?  is that EMS?? or the ignition controller??

Im going with the Autolab T3/T4 46 trim kit. All of the kit is in the picture except the turbo since they order that and the supplier sends it so i havent recieved it yet. But here is a list of the stuff thats in the picture:
 
- EMSPowered SMIC
- Tial 38mm Wastegate (1 Bar Spring)
- AutoLab T3/T4 46 Trim kit w/ vented dump tube
- Prothane Urethane Bushings kit
- AEM EMS w/ Speed Density Sensor

Damn dude, can't wait to see this thing in action this spring ill be waiting in epping for ya,lol but good luck with the build man can't wait to see it when its done

That is a little intercooler..   You should have just bought a used mitsu smic

how much was it all together?

The turbo kit was $1800, the AEM EMS kit was $1500, and the SMIC kit was $450. And i got the bushings kit cheap for only $50. So altogether it was $3800. And i figure i probably have about another 1500-2000 remaining of parts to buy which will include the clutch, fuel rail, injectors, and fuel pump

oh yea i forgot, im still waiting on my cams as well. They should be in at the end of the month. So add cam gears to the list of stuff to buy

wow, on Mr2oc they had some kinda post with everyone stating how much theyve spent on their Deuce lol, i think someone said 75 thousand and counting lol

Who is going to tune this EMS?

there is a shop around here that is known for good tunes on the EMS

yea thats what i was thinking. Although i talked to a kid at one of the meets and he was running a Gt3035 with an AEM and he said he wasnt all that impressed with their tune. So im not sure if it was the kid just saying that or if DSG isnt that good with the MR2 or just dont know enough about it. I know with Evo's and STI's they are the best around. But ill just have to get some more feedback about them

well and AEM is an AEM no matter what car it is.  as long as they know the small basics on what the is vital to your car it will be fine.

   Good luck with the build. It looks awesome !!!!!  AEM equals no sticker in Mass :o(  I finally got that problem licked on the EVO. ..... Also, I can hook you up with Meth. I got like 90 gallons in stock.
