As far as HIM.... I liked HIM...Love Metal was a great CD, one of my favs to be honest.. But then, as with all good things, something just had to destroy the band. After Mr.heylookatmeihavemyowntvshowwhereistageeverythingandgettenthousandteengirlsandposerstolikemebecuaseimcoolohandbythewayisuckatskatingbutimagreatmarketingtoolsogoelement!! aka Bam Margera said, "HIM is the greatest band ever" ...walaaaaaaaa instant OH MY GOD BAM SAID HES COOL AND NOW I HAVE TO GO AND BUY ALL HIS CDS, CLOTHES, AND SHOES occured and the band got pushed for cd after cd...anddddd eventually you end up with a piece of **** like Dark Light.... Shewwww with that fifteen dollars i could have gotten myself a nice set of neon washer nozzles....damn
lol j/p
i own there greatest hits album 94-04 somethen like that... its pretty good and yea dark light does pretty much suck...
some other bands i love include.....alkaline trio, dashboard confessional, atreyu, bayside, silverstein, amber pacific( no im not gay), straylight run, demon hunter!, unwritten law, stutterfly, senses fail, brand new, coheed and cambira, blindside, taking back sunday, and **** any kind of talented rock artist.

Norma Jeans cd "Redeemer" is amazing!
I have been supporting Norma Jean since they were Luti-Kriss but ever since Josh left, I find it hard to refer to them as the same band... BUT! I will honestly admit even though I first I would have never said it, I still am a big fan of Norma Jean and of course a fan of The Chariot (josh's band).
O God the Aftermath = great album, Redeemer = also great.
Good taste.

i love coheed and cambria...they are somewhat an experimental rock band...its all about peoples opinions remember? your "good tastes" do not mean ****.

The funny thing about opinions is... the one who has them is always right. There is nothing you could say or anything anyone could say that could ever convince me that coheed shouldn't burn in hell. But I respect you for liking them, it takes guts to like someone who has their balls chopped off just to sing so high.
It's called sarcasm dude. I don't care what you like, ha. But just like you, I will have my opinions. No need for tears! :)

sheww i dunno what the hell you all see in them sorry...bleeding through is damn near terrible...i bought "this is love this is murderous" a couple of weeks ago...yea on wings of lead is a good song ...but the rest is ****ing horrible
AFI was good....back when they were actually hardcore....their music is way too soft and "sing-song" now...
As I Lay Dying, Pantera, Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, Shadows Fall, From Autumn To Ashes, Coheed and Cambria, Alkaline Trio, Megadeth, Metallica (old stuff), Ozzy, Killswitch Engage, Darkest Hour, Godsmack
thats more my taste...
When I bought "This is love..." three years ago, I bought it because the cd cover It looked intresting and I always have an open mind about music. I liked the two songs but I thought the rest was filler. But after a few more listens, certain parts of songs just got stuck in my head, and before I knew it I was listening to the cd every day. Then THE TRUTH came out, and I didnt like that album much at first, but the same thing happened, it just grew on me, and it is a much stronger album, esspecially with songs like "Kill To Believe" and "Love in Slow Motion"
But Bleeding Through isnt for everybody, but if you went to a live show, you would leave a fan of Bleeding Through....
....then again if you like coheed and cambria and godsmack, you're probably not going to like Bleeding Through

lmfao a Norma Jean fan is going to call Coheed gay???
You go rock out for jesus if thats your thing.....Claudio Sanchez is one of the most talented musicians in music today and they put on one of the most amazing live shows that I have ever seen (including his 12 minute guitar solo)... I appologize that I like all kinds of rock music (except for christian rock like some people), but I wouldnt go so far as to call someone out there on appearance...I suppose Vinnie Paul and Darrell Abbott are gay too arent they?
And joshewuhh...I never said Bam was a part of HIM..I just said he was a marketing tool that drives little sheep to buy their ****..

oooooooooooooooooooooooo.... I bet you listened to a lot of "shabootie" didnt you?? Ladies and Gentlemen we have a very lucky man in our midst... Obviously he has one of the 42 copies of Shabutie's EP in existance...becuase there is actually two of them..the other one could only be obtained by actually seeing their live show as shabutie and was actually just a demo tape.... Congrats man im glad you were able to grab one...

Just because the guys in Norma Jean are christian doesnt mean they "rock out to jesus", thats a common misconception.
For example, lyrics from A Grand Scene For A Color Film:
Return to sender,
Carried straight from the womb to the grave
Your eyes have been paled to emptiness
All thing have been carved out by the unceasing haunts of this,
the Great Manipulator
It's the end of the Earth or something like that
Sit down, let's break out the shotguns,
We're going to town.
You've given us user friendly grenades
So just what are you trying to say?
what I think the lyrics say is basically in this day of age, it is getting much easier to destroy oursleves.
I dont think that any band should be called gay for their style of music. I dont listen to coheed and cambria, all I know about them is that they are along way from my style of music, so why judge them.
