Wow that thing is huge, looks very nice how it sits behind the bumper cover. Nice job.

very nice. What turbo are you running. And with this type of setup i would just get rid of the whole MAF translator system and go right to AEM

Innovative Turbo System's version of a T67/p-trim/t3 .82.
We have emissions testing here in Louisiana so an AEM is not part of the current plan. Got to get thoses inspection stickers.

If the turbo is working and not leaking, don't worry about it.

hey...
how did you manage with the hood latch support???
i pulled last week the front off and i took some measurements and it looked like things are pretty tight in there.
my core dimensions are close to yours but the only difference is my core is 4" wide.
also ...
how come you didnt trim to top of your bumper and the bumper support to allow more air to flow over the core ????

also... what did you do with the power steerin cooler ?

If you look at this pic below
you'll see there is clearance to allow air up and thru the core. At speed there is enough air flow/pressure to force air thru the top runners. The core is about 1/4-1/2 inch from the bottom of the bumper support. Trimming that black strip off won't make any real difference. The power steering cooler is behind the intercooler and strapped to the hood latch support. The cooler is bolted to the latch support.

ahh ok ...
i didnt pay close attention to the pic.
how much room is there between the bumper support and the IC core ???
since mine is an inch thicker!!

What size core are you running? I've got a 24x12x4 in there and it fits fine. 2-3 inches from the front of the core to the bumper brace, 1/4-1/2 inch of clearance on top.

i though i read that yours was a 3" core... then again.. it also was 3AM :s
my core dimensions are the same as yours then. so it should fit no problems...
