hey all, just bought a 99 speedometer cluster for my 98 gst spyder, cuz i like the 99 whitish ones, than the black, but the 99 cluster is used and has more miles than my car actually has, does ne one know how to, or its possible to roll back the miles to what my car actually has, then put it on?

You may have to take apart the odometer section.  I believe there is a clip on the little mileage number roller thingys that prevents the thing from rolling back.  Also, the clip locks the rollers at the max position (like 999,999miles) so it doesn't turn over.  I'm not sure if it's a clip or a little gear lock thingy, the odometer I tore apart was from a nissan and it had a little plastic gear and clip.  However it should be about the same thing.
