New HD Lights...need help?

hey everyone!
i jes got some new bulbs for my headlights on my lancer es 03. They looked great...for a while. First my right bulb went out then my left bulb went out. When I took my car to a professional he said that the bulbs were still good! I'm not sure if its my wiring or if the bulbs are bad??? Has anyone else had this problem???

i, think its the bulbs, that happened to my eclipse before. make sure the bulbs can handle the voltage , and check bulbs voltage.
