hey guys just wondering for a friend if a EVO Hood will fit on a 2003 lancer ES. i told him it would and i am just making sure as i am not a mitsubishi owner. he was going to buy a sticker or something to make it look like it was there, and i told him not to, just get the evo hood. thanks

there is no way i would ever get a stick, that would look tacky as hell. I dont know that the hood would fit though becuase the lancer has different headlights and a different front end. So i dont think it would line up right. I could be wrong.

yea i told him not to get a sticker because of the same reason. i thought i saw a picture of an es for sale with a evo hood but i couldve been wrong. oh well.

they might just sell similiar hoods for the lancer. But i dont think that the actual one off of an evo would work

There is no way that an EVO hood would fit on the ES.... Different wheelbases, and headlights are slightly different in shape. A lot of bodykit manufacturers will sell the EVO conversion kits, which include fenders, hood, and I think lights. If you want an EVO hood to even remotely fit, you will have to go through all that. But I actually think the last guy was right that they sell styles like the EVO, it just doesn't look the same.
