I just recently purchased a 1996 Eclipse RS with a broken clutch for $2000. It has ruffly 114K miles and the car is in semi perfect shape(a few exterior scratches). Any suggestions as to what i should do to my car would be helpful. Thanks.

welcome, get a new clutch to start, (sorry, thats me bein a smart ass again) and go frome there
