Anyone else notice the new 18" wheel design-six spoke that flare at the ends. I wonder if Mitsubishi is introducing some mid-model-year refreshments-anyone seen these on the lot?

I noticed it at the end of the commercial so I hit rewind (DVR) and was able to get a better look at them. I like the current ones better. Hopefully it was just a made-for-TV thing.

From Mitsubishi Tech Talk Volume 137 May 2007

I was told by a reliable source that the stock 5 spoke wheels are made by Rays... makers of some of the best made wheels on the planet.
Enkei are pretty good too, suppliers for Honda etc.

"No chrome on the wheels, I'm a baller for real" haha.
If they are mae by Rays that would be pretty sick. First Mits uses Enkeis, then BBS, now Rays? Way to step up.
